Sellman Insurance Group × Harrigan Creative
Proposal · Aug 7, 2026
Prepared for Jamon Sellman · Urbana, Ohio

The handshake, in writing.

Everything we agreed to in your office, itemized with the discounts I offered before I left: the website rebuild, the website assistant, and managed local search. Nothing in here is new.

The starting point

We searched from your own office. You weren't in the top three.

Sitting in your office, we Googled auto insurance from inside 38 Monument Square. The top three spots take 92% of the clicks, and they showed Martin, CoverLink, and Wallace & Turner. Not Sellman. The ranking report in your inbox puts you 15th for "insurance agent near me" at about 21% visibility.

That's the gap this proposal closes, and every piece below is measured against it.

Scope of work

Three pieces. Keep or drop each on its own.

Item 01

Website rebuild

In the $3,000 · yours to own

About 90% of the build already exists; you've seen the homepage. What remains is making it yours:

  • A working session at your office (about an hour, early next week): you hand me the bucket list: new team photo, staffing changes, everything you hate and everything you love.
  • I revise, you review, we repeat until you sign off. The balance isn't due until you do.
  • Updated carrier links including the Nationwide express quote path, plus an events bar for fair season and second Saturdays if you want it.
  • You own the domain and the site files. No monthly fee required to keep the site.
Item 02

Website assistant

$250/mo after the free month

The version you were comfortable with in the meeting:

  • No AI model. Fixed, predictive logic only. It cannot invent answers, so the hallucination and E&O exposure we discussed is off the table.
  • No CRM connection. It touches none of your client data.
  • Built from a question bank you and I write together, plus intake flows for the daily requests: new vehicle, add a driver, file a claim, dec page, address change, get a quote.
  • Coverage and eligibility questions route to a human. It collects name, number, and preferred callback time, then emails or texts the right person, so Keelie picks up the phone with the full picture already in front of her.
  • After hours and weekends it captures what today goes to voicemail or a competitor, and pings your team first thing in the morning. Hot-linkable from your Facebook page.
Item 03

Managed local search

$499/mo after the free month

The piece you said matters most: the phone ringing, searchability, new people finding you.

  • Daily posts to your Google Business page written around the keywords you want to own (auto, farm, whatever your money-makers are), plus scheduled Facebook and Instagram content.
  • Weekly ranking scans on 10 measured keywords (up to 20 tracked), so you watch movement in real time, including how Martin and CoverLink are doing.
  • Your own dashboard login, for you and Ashley both. No hand-waving SEO reports: you see the same screens I do. Full report monthly.
  • Ashley's side: the social tool is included. We schedule the week's posts every Monday; she uploads photos and approves or rejects. About 25 minutes a week, one place instead of three.

Hoffman Soft Water went from unranked to #1 in Cincinnati on "commercial water softener near me" between June 16 and August 3 with this exact system. You watched me pull up that dashboard in your office.

The free month

Why I'm giving away a month of the two services

Fair question. Because the local search results show up on your dashboard inside the first three weeks, and once you see calls coming from people who found you on Google, you'll keep the lights on yourself. That's the bet I'm making, and I'd rather make it with my money than ask you to trust a pitch.

If the month ends and you're not convinced, you cancel, and you still own a new website.

One ask in return, and it's the only one: if this works the way I expect, introduce me to a couple of business owners you respect. That referral is worth more to me than the margin I gave up on this price.

Timeline

From handshake to live

  1. 1

Working session — early next week

Website bucket list + assistant question bank, about an hour at your office. You said you wanted one more conversation before signing; this can be the same sitting.

  2. 2

    Revision rounds

First revision back to you within days. We loop until you're satisfied. That's the gate, not a calendar.

  3. 3

    Sign-off & launch

Site goes live, balance due, and the 30-day free pilot of local SEO + the assistant starts the same day.

  4. 4

    Decide with data

Thirty days of dashboard results, then you keep what earns its spot and drop what doesn't. We can have this moving before fair week is over.

Terms, plainly

What you're never signing up for

No contracts

All monthly services are month-to-month, cancel anytime, each independent of the others. No notice period.

Your domain, always

The domain stays registered to Sellman, and the site files are yours. If you ever walk, you take everything with you.

Balance at sign-off

$1,500 deposit to begin. The remaining $1,500 is due only when you approve the site — not before.

Me, directly

You work with me. No account managers, no offshore handoff, and website updates get a 24-hour turnaround.

Pick the day, and this is moving before fair week is over.

I'm holding early next week open for the working session — website revisions and the assistant question bank in one sitting.

Or call or text my cell. You've got the number.
